Personal Training

We are seeking high energy certified personal trainers with a passion to help others. Here are the common requirements needed to become a personal trainer.

  • Certification: We require personal trainers to hold a nationally recognized certification. Organizations like the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) offer respected certification programs.
  • Experience: The ability to design personal fitness plans for clients is required.
    Strong Communication
  • Skills: Personal trainers need excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients. Listening, empathy, and the ability to tailor workouts to individual needs are essential.
  • Business Skills: If you plan to work as a self-employed personal trainer or manage your own clients, having basic business skills, including marketing, financial management, and customer service, is important.

Group Fitness Instructor

If you have a flare for leading high energy group fitness classes and can motivate people past their own expectations, we want you on our team! Here are common requirements needed to be a group ex instructor

  • Certification: Group Ex or Personal Training certification needed
