Christi Gallagher is a trailblazing fitness entrepreneur with a passion for empowering people through health and wellness. With an impressive 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has established herself as a true pioneer in the field. Christi’s journey began with coaching her 3 sons in sports, which led to getting certifications in USATF (track and field), personal training and others. Her passion with coaching student athletes led her to creating running camps in the suburbs for ages 4th – 8th graders, 1:1 coaching and team coaching student athletes from all levels from all sports, her favorite being track and field. She has owned her own business and gym and loves to educate, instruct and inspire whenever she can! In 2016 she was offered the opportunity to launch and manage REPS Fitness. She created the culture REPS has today and has been the hands-on manager since 2016.

Over the past two and a half decades, Christi has tirelessly dedicated herself to creating a welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, environment to motivate people of all ages and fitness levels. To her, REPS is more than just a place to work out; it’s a community where people come together to talk, release stress, meet other fitness enthusiasts, wind down AND prioritize their health and well-being.

Christi’s expertise extends far beyond merely managing a gym. She has curated a team of knowledgeable trainers and staff who share her vision of empowering others to lead healthier lives. Her commitment is to ensure that every REPS member receives the best guidance and support available throughout their journey.

During her career, Christi has witnessed countless success stories of people who have transformed their lives through exercise and proper dietary habits. REPS has become a hub for not only physical transformation but also personal growth, self-confidence, and friendship.

Christi and her husband Bill moved to Arizona in 2021, for the warmth and beauty of the state. She is still fully committed and involved in most (if not all) operations. People ask how she manages a gym from afar, and her reply is always… “I have great staff”.
